Contents I own
Generally, usage of my content, such as images, photos and screenshots, are restricted without permission. Default contact method is Instagram or Discord.
However, different social media means different policies, and I have different approaches to them. This card lists all actions & permissions for my contents.
All of these do not apply if the use is for personal private or private educational purposes only.
Restrictions
General (for any non-exceptional cases)
There is no restriction for contents uploaded on platforms such as Discord, as long as you make clear that it is my thing.
Platforms for main content uploads (Instagram, YouTube, niconico, blog sites)
Due to complex policies, all contents, whether or not the signatures are placed, require permission to use.
To gain permission, please directly message me on Instagram or Discord attaching the link to the
content that you want to use, and the location of where the content would be used in.
If not
enough evidence is shown, or
if the content is not useable for reasons, it will either be replied back asking for more
information or be denied.
You may not beg me to force using it. Yes is yes, no is no.
Clipping is disabled for my YouTube videos and shorts. Do not record or identically recreate them. Remix for YouTube Shorts are forcibly enabled.
Twitch clips from livestreams are allowed, as long as those are not reuploaded elsewhere.
All pins in this board does not require any permission, though it would be appreciated if you credit me.
Images there will overwrite any other notices above.
Publicly released files on Google Drive
All of my public distribution files are gathered in one place, separated by documents, source files and images.
Unless specified, all source files and images are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International. To view a copy of this license, visit here. You do not require to ask me permission, though you must credit me.
Credits
Place a link to my Instagram along with my name! For instance, set something like this:

Reposts
By default, I do not allow reposts of my contents by other people. Reposts do not include saving pins on Pinterest, attaching links or placing embeds. I may post the same content through multiple sites, but that does not mean you can share them on your own will.
What if a content is posted on multiple media?
It is common that I “repost” the same content on multiple platforms. In this case, legals will switch to one side, and another side’s would not be applied further on. Usually, this would result in restriction switching to the General level.
For instance, if an image originally posted on Instagram was uploaded on Discord, then it would be free to use with credit.
Side note with uploads on Pinterest
Pinterest has two ways of uploading pins - using embedding file from a target link, or adding files directly. Due to the nature of Pinterest’s system, the former solution will not count as illegal repost. The second will, however. You will notice it when you only see the author and description below the pin’s file.
Usage on AI Contents
Artificial Intelligence allows near-instantaneous production of contents. I strictly disallow using my contents for AI-produced material.
Any similar sort of automation tools using my contents are also prohibited due to copyrights.
Marketing Purposes
I absolutely do not allow my contents being used as a marketing product or for commercial contents for security and privacy reasons. Please do not even message me regarding this.
Privacy Information Breach
Due to the point that I do NOT reveal critical privacy information, this will apply indefinitely, anywhere it is posted.
Privacy information includes my real name, private email address, location address (house, current, and all), birth year & age, family details, personal IDs and other materials that lead to personal identification.
Posting such information is breaching privacy. Note that contents I mentioned publicly is not restricted, though please refrain from bringing it up.
Disclosing privately released information are subject to privacy breach.
Asking for privacy information may also be breaching (attempt).
This means that using me as a subject and/or using my contents for news articles or such without
valid permission
results in privacy breach and enabling me to copyright strike the content. Please receive permission
to use by messaging
me directly. Those who receives permission from me must complete and publish the content within
valid duration of one month, otherwise permission will be denied automatically.
Or in case you found privacy breaches, immediately contact me and report the site if possible.
Remember: Any official information regarding my content will be published from myself; NEVER from anyone else!
Note that the agreements and rules set in the list that this card has will not take effect if I agreed upon giving personal information required for, for instance, events or workplace, under the Japanese laws. Real life commits cannot be avoided without using real life identity.
Any of your insults should not be within anyone’s hand.
If you are found to be criticising me or damaging me in any way (includes any beyond my reach), you are to be reported.
Policy for Vicious Contents
The Policy for Vicious Contents is applied to messaging to me or in my community spaces, and I hold the right to report suspicious contents per the services’ terms (ToS). For terms of each services, please check their websites.
Why do I publish this?
This policy is to keep the official guidelines of my standards for conversations. This is NOT a standard for yourself, or society guidelines.
Contents Subject for Restriction
Subjects are but are not limited to:
・ Contents that attack a person or group in a way (Profanities, bullying, etc), no matter the
volume
・ Illegal reuse my contents per copyright and policy restrictions
・ Violent contents, such as 18+, Cero D/Z, R34 (＊)
・ Spam; Posting the same content repeatedly
Found above contents, there is no forced way to prevent or undo it. However, using the Report system for bullying, copyright breach or respective offence is appreciated.
(＊) Partially excluded in Discord channels with NSFW flag. Requires verification on Discord of being above the age of 18.
Prevention Acts
Any suspicious accounts which/who has posted irrelevant contents may be blocked without notice.
I may not respond to such messages.
Ko-fi Online Store
Ko-fi allows purchases and donations via PayPal or Stripe. Payments can be done with either PayPal, credit or debit cards.
Once security checks are passed and purchase is complete, your transaction is FINAL. Under normal circumstances, you will not receive refunds what-so-ever.
Ko-fi store will be checked on a weekly basis. Page updates are not guaranteed to be at the same rate.
Pricing & Taxes
Pricing may differ at times. Before a price change or rearrangement of purchasable products, I will be making a notice on social media. There will be at least 1 week period of time before the change commences.
My store's default currency is JPY(￥). Conversion will automatically commence when you make purchases.
Ko-fi does not take taxes by default. However, under certain cases, such as currency conversion, sales tax of 5% from each individual transaction will be taken away. It is possible for store owners to add taxes on top of every purchase, though this is not the case with my store.
PayPal will take away 4% tax when converting currency after a payment or refund, or 3% when transferring balance via conversion.
Stripe will take away a minimum of 3.7% from each individual transaction before counting into the
initial income.
Refund Request
Refund (dispute) will be available for one-time item purchase and monthly content subscription, and
by default, it is
the user's responsiblity to manage their purchases.
Coffee purchases cannot be refunded!
Disputes can be submitted from here. You must send in some purchase details in order to request
one.
Legals
Online purchases are done via Japan server and/or service. Due to this, Japanese laws will apply on top of each services' policies.
